10 Week Group Coaching
for Grieving the Loss
Beyond Betrayal

☑ Ten (10) group coaching sessions.

Meet each week as a group for instruction, support, and encouragement.

☑ Free Online Life Beyond Betrayal Membership, includes Surviving Trauma Beyond Betrayal course and community of women during your coaching program.

You will have weekly lessons in the course to keep you moving through the devastating emotions as well as help you make sense of the emotions. We will use our coaching sessions as time to discuss specifics that surface throughout the week and help you gain insight into some of the trauma you are experiencing so that it doesn’t have to take you out and so that you can heal.

This includes an audio lesson, music and coloring sheets to give you encouragement as well as a community to support and be a lifeline for you on your journey.

☑ Individual Session.

​One (1) individual session (30 minutes) during the 10 weeks to hear your story and help you clarify your goals, get to know Melody, and make sure you’re ready to get the most out of this program.

☑ Access to Melody via text.

Texting access with Melody & Heather to ask additional questions you may have between calls and to receive feedback and individual support.

☑ Ongoing peer recovery support.

Support from recovery coach Heather Hammett who has personally experienced what you are going through. She will provide ongoing support and can help you apply what you learn within the group sessions to your unique situation.

☑ Practical tools.

Tools to equip and empower you as you recover from betrayal and keep you moving on your healing journey.

☑ Recording of each session.

A digital audio recording of each of the group coaching sessions so you can catch up on anything you may have missed and revisit them anytime you are struggling or need a fresh reminder of what you have learned.
